How Bet25 uses PlayPatrol to drive smarter iGaming operations

Bet25 is a young iGaming platform that launched in November 2025. The platform operates under an Anjouan Gambling License and fully complies with responsible gaming requirements. From the early stages, Bet25 focused on building a scalable, data-driven operation to support long-term growth across multiple markets.

In this interview, Monika from our side speaks with Tamara from Bet25 about their decision to integrate PlayPatrol even before the platform’s official public launch and the impact it has had on their operations.

What motivated your team to adopt PlayPatrol even before the platform’s official public launch?

From the very first conversation, what stood out was the professionalism of the PlayPatrol team and how quickly they understood our real operational needs. They were extremely responsive, hands-on, and focused on building what we actually required, rather than pushing a rigid, predefined solution. That level of collaboration and trust gave us the confidence to move forward even before our public launch.

Looking back, do you feel the timing of your integration was optimal, or would you have preferred to introduce PlayPatrol earlier or later?

The timing was perfect. At that stage, we were actively defining our geo and growth strategy, and having a clear overview of which games and providers were functional in specific markets was crucial. PlayPatrol gave us exactly the visibility we needed at the right moment, allowing us to shape our strategy, bonus allocation, and expectations based on real data rather than assumptions.

How much operational time have you realistically saved thanks to PlayPatrol? And could your team, as it existed then, have executed the same volume of tests without it?

PlayPatrol saved us a significant amount of operational time by eliminating repetitive manual checks and enabling continuous monitoring at scale. Even more valuable were the screen recordings of detected issues. Many gameplay or integration problems are temporary or intermittent, and having video evidence allows us to quickly identify whether an issue lies with a provider, an aggregator, or the platform itself. Without these recordings, reproducing and proving such issues in time would have been extremely difficult for a team of our size.

From your perspective, which features or capabilities of PlayPatrol have proven to be the most valuable, and why?

The real value comes from the combined insight of all features working together. Over time, the data allows us to understand not only which games work or fail in specific geos, but also how stable they are in the long term. If one capability had to be highlighted, it would be the reporting that shows game functionality over time. This helps us assess improvements, reliability, and overall provider performance in a very practical way.

Were there any functionalities or outcomes within PlayPatrol that positively surprised you?

The game recording functionality exceeded our expectations. It’s extremely effective when working with providers and turnkey platforms, as it clearly shows the exact error and gameplay context. Beyond resolving issues, this visibility also helped us better understand our own operational capabilities and limitations, which is essential when setting realistic expectations internally and externally.

If you were to summarise your decision to implement PlayPatrol in one sentence, what would it be?

PlayPatrol gave us strategic clarity helping us correctly allocate budgets, choose the right geos and providers, and improve overall gameplay quality, all while supporting smarter long-term growth decisions.
